The machine shown in the video above is a great example of what’s possible: a custom drilling platform that drills two sets of three holes, then places plugs into each hole with exact orientation accuracy. The plugs are automatically oriented and fed to the robot using a vibration feeder, ensuring a smooth, fully automated process from start to finish.
